We all need reminders that what we do as a Mom is of great imperishable worth and that it is a powerful ministry. I know I need it from time to time and I have been a Mom for 25 years! The worth and value of a mother have been challenged, questioned, and devalued in our culture today and we need to take those thoughts captive under the obedience of Christ (2 Cor. 10:5), not allowing lies to creep in and make us feel unqualified or like a failure.
So let's put this literal reminder on our heads as an example of the "helmet of salvation" (Eph. 6: 17), remembering what the Word says about who we are, the role we play in this generation as ambassadors for Christ, and the ministry we have in our homes which could literally impact so many others for Christ!
